This is the song that brought in today’s message. It ushers in HOPE. It ushers in change; of season, time, attitude, etc.
We may be thinking. Wait…look at all that is going on in the world. How can this be so? We are asked to take a step back from all that is being thrown at us. Take a step back for a change of perspective. Take a peek at how far we have come. Remember we have to look at the obstacles to come up with solutions. We can and will move through all of our issues, all of our pain.
Remember we are never alone. Our Guidance is with us 24/7. It hears us. And right now it is easy for us to hear them. Perhaps you have noticed a lot of synchronicity happening. There is no better time to practice working with our Guidance and Spirit. We can use our power, our blessings, and prayers, for the healing of all.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Use your power. Be HOPEful.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful sunny day.
-A good walk with Louie.
-Catching up with my neighbors. I if so fun when the weather changes and everyone comes out of their houses.
-Catching up with Vicki and Alex.
-A good book.
