For your consideration…

Today’s message is for everyone, of course, but my sense it is targeted to someone(s) who are struggling with death and loss.

We are asked to take a step back, let go of our thoughts, clear our mind …basically do o hard reset. Now think about those that are around us that we love. If we are at work, think about how we feel about those immediately around us. Notice what our feelings are for those around us.

Now…just for this exercise…think about those very same people and how we feel about them when they are not in our presence. Perhaps it is our spouse when they go to work. Or we are home from work and not with the coworker we are with right now.

Are our feelings any different whether they are in our presence at this moment or not? Are our feelings different for our children when they are in our home or off at school? We may be thinking, “Of course, not.” If we probe and ask why we realize that our feelings do not change because our feelings are not attached to the physical body. Our feelings are attached to our spiritual energy. Our feelings connect energetically with each other. And just like with every kind of energy. Where our intention goes so goes our energy.

Our love for each other is pure energy. It goes with us wherever we go in our physical life AND our life when we pass.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Find peace in the energy of love.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill day.

-A little crafting done.

-Catching up with Jackie and Shannon.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
