the devil made me do it Patch

For your consideration…

We have probably all said tongue in cheek, “The devil made me do it.” We say it in a light-hearted context. That is how today’s message came in…light-hearted. That is not to say that we shouldn’t take it seriously.

Neither the devil or anyone else can make us say, do, or think anything…UNLESS…we let them.

The good news is we have our personal power and control. We never have to…nor should we…give it up. The bad news is we have no excuses.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Use our power and control wisely.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Sunshine…a beautiful day.

-First sign of spring…weeds.

-Catching up with Mary.

-An afternoon out spent exploring Alex’s new neighborhood.

-A new market that I absolutely loved.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
