For your consideration…

When we get “lost in thought” we tend to think of it as a flawed action because we have strayed from the task at hand.

“Not so” says our message. Pay attention to what has drawn our attention. Ask the why. What am I supposed to pay attention to? Explore those thoughts. Dig deeper.

We know that in our dream state our Guidance has our undivided attention. Information is downloaded. We should try to remember our dreams and analyze them. Some people are very good at this. Some can even control their dream travel. How fun! For the rest of us, it is something to practice and try to achieve.

Our minds are virtually untapped treasure troves. Getting lost in thought is not a bad thing. Indeed, it is something we should do more ov. Exploring our minds can be exciting. It is something we are encouraged to think about and dedicate time to.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOEP by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Don’t reprimand ourselves for “getting lost in thought.” Celebrate it. Expand it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Alex, Bob, and Mary.

-Alex and James have put their house on the market. Fingers crossed that they successfully purchase a home and safely move to Michigan.

-Successful crafting.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
