Ahhh, it feels so good. Our message came in today very light-hearted via the Johnny Lee song, “Lookin’ for Love.” The song talks about looking for love in all the wrong places.

Today’s message tells us that there is NO wrong place to look for love, expect love, or give love. The intention is everything. Expect to give and receive love. Expect to see love. Expect that what humanity has in common, is that we know love.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Intend for love in every situation.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Catching up with Alex.
-Finally made it to my dentist appointment.
-While I had a Caresitter for Bruce, I was able to get some major shopping done.
-Susan brought some health products of Sandy’s back for Bruce. She surprised me with some blouses which I love.
