For your consideration…

I had to laugh when I heard this message. I immediately recalled the many times I would add the word YET to a student’s sentence whenever they said ” I can’t.”

The difference may seem subtle between the words try and can. But the reality is the difference is huge and in fact, makes all of the difference. Those words hold totally different mindsets.

Try is wishy-washy. It lacks commitment. I lacks power. It lacks confidence. It lacks belief.

Can holds a mindset of determination, willpower, commitment, confidence, and faith.

We are reminded that we are manifestors. To manifest, we must be all in. Our body, mind, and spirit must be in sync.

We are reminded to believe that we can in all of our endeavors.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Believe in YOU.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Some new recipes…keepers.

-Vicki and Julie came for dinner.

-So grateful for my housecleaners. I only use them once a month but I love the results.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
