For your consideration…

So I hear part of a song, “Silence is golden but my eyes still see.” Then I hear, “Silence is golden, but my heart still sees.”

Our message today emphasizes the power of silence. It is not empty. Indeed it heightens our other senses. It allows us to feel and hear on a higher plane. It is where we can hear our Guidance without interruption.

There is a second part to today’s message that is important. We are reminded of the value of US keeping our silence. Specifically, we do not have to fight every battle. We don’t have to defend ourselves or our positions. Just because we choose not to enter the fray, does not mean we lose something. Sometimes it is just not worth it. Sometimes it is not important. Sometimes it is not necessary. We can let others go on and on and on while we find peace in our silence.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Choose when we speak up and when we stay silent.

-Embrace the silence. It is our friend.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Time out with my friend.

-Catching up with Vicki and Jackie.

-Good laughs with Will and Shannon.

-Happy hour out with Pam at Real Seafood.

-A good book.

-Our friend, Sandy, has found happiness and peace.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
