For your consideration…

Sharing our knowledge and experience offer others a hand up or shortcut. They can benefit from what we already have learned. This is good.

But today’s message is about a different way of looking at shared experiences. Our message today wants us to remember that shared experiences can mean completely different things to those involved. Just because we share an experience does not mean we understand it the same way. It may be more pertinent to one person than another. It may be that we see the same thing completely differently. It may be that it speaks to one person’s heart and another’s head. It means that we may or may not be on the same page. Or we can be completely in sync.

If we are sharing an experience, it is for a reason that we may of may not know. It does not matter. It does not diminish the importance of sharing, experiencing life together.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Share experiences.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Ahhh, finally, Christmas decorations are down. I have some clean-up and organizing to do in the basement but the upstairs is Christmas free.

-The house cleaners came. I love the good job they do.

-After looking and looking, I found my travel document holder with my passport. Whew. Now if I could find that other elusive key fob and missing jewelry.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
