For your consideration…

Today’s message is powerful because it is about power.

We are reminded today that our reaction…interaction…with the moment we are in is what is carried forward. So it is important that we are aware.

We are asked to be aware of the energy we are experiencing AND the intention we have for it. We may think we know the source of the energy but we can not fully know where it is coming from. We can only know our part of it. We can only look at what we are dealing with and decide what WE want to do with it. Trying to figure out what anyone else’s intention is, is a waste of our time and talent. We can take the energy of the moment we are in and become the SOURCE moving it forward. Taking control and becoming the source purifies the energy and enhances its potential…for the negative or the positive. We decide.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…”I am powerful.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be aware…notice…monitor our own energy.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A visit from Kathy.

-Bruce suddenly was able to walk a bit.

-Catching up with Alex, Jody, and Lori.

-A good book.
