For your consideration…

Sometimes it is easier to let fear creep in without us even being aware. Suddenly we just are fearful.

Today we are asked to notice our fear and dissect it. If we really look at fear, fear is an unknown where we have filled in the blanks. We are reminded that we still do not know what will happen next. Our fear is unfounded but we still have it.

We are asked today to notice our fear, notice what we fill in the blanks with, then add BUT. At the end of our fear say, “BUT this could also happen. Our goal is to notice the unknown and turn it from fear to HOPE. We have the power to stoke our HOPE and suppress our fears.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Change our fear to HOPE.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Alex. Conner is doing great in PT.

-Catching up with Shannon. We have a plan for Christmas.

-Bruce  had a good day.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
