For your consideration…

Today we received our message via a Carol King song, “You’ve Got a Friend.”

When you’re down and troubled
And you need some loving care
And nothing, nothing is going right
Close your eyes and think of me
And soon I will be there
To brighten up even your darkest night

You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I’ll come running
To see you again

Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I’ll be there
You’ve got a friend

If the sky above you
Grows dark and full of clouds
And that old North wind begins to blow

Keep your head together
And call my name out loud
Soon you’ll hear me knocking at your door

That is the message. Our Guidance is available 24/7. They are our friends, no matter what. All we have to do is call out.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Call out, whenever and where ever, to our Guidance.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A sunny day.

-A good book.

-Jul, Vic, and Dianne came for a visit.

-Gift wrapping….fun.

-Catching up with Lori and Shannon.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
