For your consideration…
I love Teilhard. I could write a blog every single day based on one of his quotes. This is the one that was given to us today but I will be honest I am waiting until we are given his quote on growing old. I think of it often and chuckle.
We read, watch TV, see all of the drama. We look for heroes. Perhaps, we dream of being a hero. First of all, know that you are someone’s hero. No doubt about it. Secondly, and what today’s message is, “the little things have an enormous impact.” We just don’t see it. Or if we do, we let judgment minimize them.
We are reminded today that the little things, the little moments, the small gestures we do, deliver an enormous impact to our lives and the lives of others.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Act like the hero you are.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Making the most of leftovers.
-Another good Yellowstone episode.
-A good book.
