For your consideration…

Hey, we have to love a task like this. Our message today tells us to “chill out…chill out along the way.”

In other words, don’t wait until we are so stressed we want to tear our hair out, ready for tears, distraught and crabby, etc. No, remember our tendency to get busy and overloaded in this season which is the exact opposite of what it is about.

We are asked today to take time to chill, whenever. If we feel the need, make it happen. If we start to feel stressed, take a break. Do something that we love to do. For me that might be picking up a book, (always a mood changer), or wrapping gifts, or crafting. For you, it will be something else. Maybe you are like my friend, Jody, and you just turn on the tunes and dance around the house. Perhaps, you are like my friend, Julie, and love to play with animals or walk in the woods. We all  have those things that we love to do and when we do them, we release our stress.

Our task today is take time to chill AS we need it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm….“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Chill out.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Some phone tasks done. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and get in que.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A new book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
