For your consideration…

We say it. We say, “I believe.” But how often do we think about it? How often do we affirm it? Do we need to or is it just a natural state that needs no attention? Certainly, I suppose, that is the end goal, to have a belief system so strong that we live it with every breath.

As I often say, I love when our messages come in via a song. It seems like it has been a while since that has happened. Today’s message came in via this song…

I Believe (For Every Drop Of Rain That Falls)

Miscellaneous
I Believe (For Every Drop Of Rain That Falls)
I believe for every drop of rain that falls, a flower grows.
I believe that somewhere in the darkest night, a candle glows.
I believe for everyone who goes astray, someone will come to show the way.
I believe, I believe.
I believe above the storm the smallest pray’r will still be heard.
I believe that someone in the great somewhere hears every word.
Every time I hear a newborn baby cry, or touch a leaf or see the sky,
Then I know why I believe!

The smallest thing, action, word, etc. is the biggest and the biggest is the smallest. We are blessed. We need only open our eyes, ears, and hearts to know why we believe.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Look and listen…believe.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Ginger and Shannon.

-Christmas wrapping started. It is truly a happy place for me.

-Finished a book series.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev.Chris
