For your consideration…

I chose this picture of a crossroads and then added the “NO and YES.” I chose it because it shows a choice not inferring a positive or negative. Our message today is once again light-hearted. It is given to us with a chuckle telling us to lighten up.

NO and YES are words that involve choice. When we have a choice, we are simply at a crossroads. If we take away judgment, there is no big or small decision. A crossroad requires us to make a choice.

Today’s message is about crossroads requiring a YES or NO decision. Often we see no written in red. Subtly our mind sees NO as a negative but our message tells us this is not true. NO is YES’s equal.

Consider when we tell our children NO, not to be mean, but because it is in their best interest. So it is with adults. Sometimes NO is in our best interest. It is best for our highest good. Perhaps it is saying NO to food that is not good for us. Perhaps, it is to say NO in an unhealthy relationship etc.

We are reminded today to give NO equal opportunity.

That is the HOPE And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…”I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Give NO a chance when necessary.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Jody, Mary, and Jackie.

-Reading.

-Chilling out and figuring out.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
