For your consideration…
I don’t know about you but when I hear, “easy come, easy go,” I tend to think about stuff…things.
Today’s message uses that as an example for events and moments. How often do we think, “How did I get here?” or “What just happened?” It is like someone turned a switch and everything turned upside down. Our focus turns to the down often completely disregarding that just a moment ago all was well.
We are reminded today that just like breaths, moments come and moments go, as easy as something turns upside down it will once again turn right side up. And the sooner we remember that the sooner we create the space of expectation for it, and the sooner it will happen.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my higher good and the higher good of all?”
-Let the crap go and invite in exactly what you want.
Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-We saw it all, sunshine, wind, rain.
-The wind blew most of the leaves out of the yard.
-Potluck dinner and auction with teacher friends.
-I got some good deals.
-An early bedtime.
