Thin line between love and hate Art Print by artistanna | Society6

For your consideration…

I don’t think we have ever had this message before. Probably because we are focused on the positive. Today’s message is asking us to look at the negative.

We have all heard the saying, “There is a thin line between love and hate.” Today’s message wants us to look at the “hate” side…the negative. We are asked to remember it is a thin line, just like the one breath between life and death. It is just one beat.

So hate is close to love. Like love, it has big triggers and passions. Like love, it is an opportunity. It is an opportunity to look at those triggers. We can question why we are so passionate. When we take this hate out and really examine it, we will discover why it crossed the line. We can analyze it and see if there is a way to bring it back across the line to love. Maybe we can. Maybe we can’t. But we won’t know until we have thoroughly examined it, sat with it, considered all its aspects, all the pros and cons. Finally, we come to a consensus in our body, mind, and soul to heal it and bring it back to love. Or we come to a consensus in our body, mind, and soul to bless it, be grateful for what it brought to our lives, and release it to the Universe asking it be healed for the highest good of all.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Look at any hate we are carrying.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful warm day.

-Some yard work done.

-Reading in the sun on the front porch.

-Catching up with my sister, Alex, and Jackie.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
