For your consideration…

We are never alone. Our Guidance walks with us always…24/7. They are there whether we are aware or not. They are there whether we seek them out or not. In times of trials, loss, fear, confusion, frustration, etc., we seek our Guidance out. This is good.

Yet, we are reminded today that our Guidance is with us every little step of the way. We can call on them, talk to them, any single moment we choose. They are there waiting in silence, listening, comforting.

An example I was shown was of a moment a couple of weeks ago. As I take care of my husband, I am doing the best I can. Daily life often reminds me that I am not a professional. I am learning as I go. On this particular night, I entered the bedroom to go to bed only to find yet another mess. I won’t go into the gory details except to tell you I was frozen. I didn’t what to do first. I had tears then guilt because I was surely making my husband feel bad. Then as I took a breath to calm myself, I started receiving direction step by little step. Soon the mess was gone, all was again calm.

Our Guidance is with us every step of the way…in all things big and small, in chaos and peace.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember our Guidance is with us every little step of the way.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A good book.

-Catching up with both my girls, Mary, and my sister, Lori.

-Some good laughs.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
