For your consideration…

“Focus on what is versus what is not. Focus on what you have not on what you have not. Focus on what makes you comfortable not on what makes you uncomfortable.”

Word for word that is exactly what our message is today.

We are reminded that our energy goes where our intention goes. Our intention goes where our focus goes. It is important that we focus on what makes us happy. It is important that we focus on what we want to see and be. It is important that we act accordingly. We walk and act in the positive versus the negative.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…”I am…I can…I will…”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A perfect day to stay in.

-Catching up with Jackie, Jody, Cathy, Kathy, and Alex. I guess it was a perfect day to catch up.

-I started a new book.
