By Hook or by Crook

For your consideration…

To this life we are born and we die. We live each moment in between whether we like them or not. Moments come and go and by hook or by crook we live through them.

Yikes that message sounds harsh. But it is not. It is given to us with nothing but love. We do not have power and control of time. We can get caught up and frustrated with that fact. However, that is wrong thinking. It is a waste of our time and energy. In our right-thinking mind and heart we know to focus on what we do have power and control over….our intention and attitude. We can choose how we approach and live each and every moment. We are going to go through them no matter what so we may as well make the best of each and every one of them…..not always easy, I know. But we can set out intention to try.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Set good intentions to make the most of each moment.

-Many of you may know that after I meditate for the blog each day, I pull a card for myself. I meditate on it and journal on what the message is for me. Yesterday this .…..was my card. This is what I received…My new grandson, Connor. We are beyond excited, Blessed, and full of joy. Congratulations Alex and James.
