For your consideration…

Once again, I have a very strong sense that this message is targeted. That does not mean that we can’t all benefit. But like yesterday, I feel someone(s) are really struggling with who they are. Perhaps, they are trying to be something they are not or just don’t know where they want or should go. Please know today and every day that you can send me a message through the HOPEs Rising Blog Facebook page. Additionally, if you know someone that you think is struggling, pass this message along.

Our message came in via this song…(in part) by Rosetty,                         “Listen to Your Heart”

Sometimes you wonder if this fight is worthwhile
The precious moments are all lost in the tide, yeah
They’re swept away and nothing is what is seems
The feeling of belonging to your dreams

And there are voices that want to be heard
So much to mention but you can’t find the words
The scent of magic, the beauty that’s been (beauty that’s been)
When love was wilder than the wind
Listen to your heart (take a listen to it) when he’s calling for you
Listen to your heart (take a listen to it) there’s nothing else you can do
I don’t know where you’re going and I don’t know why
But listen to your heart before
You tell him goodbye
We live each day exposed to the world. We process millions of pieces of information, actions, thoughts, feelings, etc. It is easy to get confused or muddled. We are simply overwhelmed. That is why we have another system. I won’t call it a backup one because we should always be our primary one. But most of us, operate as though it is at least some if not all of the time. The good news is we know it and we can pause and switch priorities. We can pause and check in with our heart and our Guidance that is always in consul. We can seek comfort and direction. Our Guidance wants us to KNOW and REMEMBER that we never have to feel lost and abandoned.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Listen to our hearts.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A new expercise class.
-Catching up with Alex and Mary.
-Dinner at Paesano’s with DKG. It is good to meet in person again, see smiles and catch up.
Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
Rev. Chris
