For your consideration…
It is always good to hear someone say they love you. In turn, it is always good to tell those that we love with the words.
Today’s message focuses on letting someone(s) know we love them without words. It focuses on SHOWING our love. We all have read about or seen in movies major scenes where the character has gone to extravagant lengths to express their love. We love this. We can imagine ourselves in the character’s place. It means a lot when we can see the time and care put into grand gestures of love.
However, today narrows our focus even more. It focuses on the small things, even more specifically, the automatic gestures…the ones we give no thought to. Those gestures come straight from our spirit. They are unfiltered. That helpful hand, pat on the back, quick hug, smile, gentle kiss, sharing, etc., that comes without thought straight from our spirit, without judgment or strings is the purest way to show our love.
It is not how grand the gesture is. It is how pure it is that counts.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Let our love flow freely through our spirit.

-A beautiful day.
-A perfect storm last night.
-A visit from Pam and Bentley.
-Having Jody here.
-Finished a good book series.
-Catching up with both my girls.
