How often do you just look around and continue to be amazed at where technology has taken us.? We just look and reflect in wonder. It is hard to keep up with it all. Behind every new invention and technology is someone who imagined and totally believed in the possibility. They believed and could see with their entire being. Their Body, Mind and Spirit were in sync.
And that is the Universe we are moving into. We are all waking up to the possibilities of us. We are all waking up to the power of us. We all have the power to manifest miracles every day. When our Body, Mind and Spirit are in sync, we are extremely powerful and the potential for our future in unlimited.
There is no limit on success, miracles and love. In fact, the more we get and share the more there is to get and share. Look with fresh eyes, know with a clean mind and feel with a pure spirit the power of everything you are and are meant to be. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate. Breath in all of your possibilities. Exhale all that holds you back. Breath in HOPE. Exhale doubt and fear. Breath in the power of your Creator. Exhale your ego’s weakness and doubts.
-Drink lots of water. Mentally picture it purifying you and the clouds in your mind disappearing.
-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors. It has been awhile since I mentioned but breath is where we need to go whenever we feel anxious, afraid or angry. Return to breath. It is our center and our calm.
-This is a day of rest or play whatever suits you fancy. It is a day to renew and rejuvenate your spirit. Do it.
What made me smile yesterday……
-PJ’s all day.
-Reading.
-Playing games.
-Alex, happy and joyous at the VooDoo Music Festival in New Orleans. She loves music and we love that she loves it. Dance, dance, dance, Babycakes, and laugh out loud.
-Watching the beauty of nature. From my family room I watched nature breath. On every exhale a few more leaves would flutter down. The sun would shine bright and then hide for a while. Everything is a cycle. Each with its own purpose and beauty. Yes?
