As soon as my sister sees this, she is going to think I wrote this for her. In reality this message was given to me a few days ago for myself. Yes, yes, I catch myself worried or scared now and then. However, my sister is the consummate worry wort. If it was a contest, she would win hands down. In fact, if there was a national contest, my brother and I would bet everything we own on her. Sometimes it makes us crazy. Sometimes if makes us frustrated. Sometimes it makes us sad. But it never changes how much we love her.
So here is the message that I now know was meant for all of us. I shouldn’t be surprised. Recently I have had a lot of calls from friends who are feeling very worried and sad for various reasons.
Worry serves no purpose. For every problem we have, there is already a solution in place. We may not know, probably don’t know, what it is. Thus we worry. But there is a solution and we will move through this problem.
How do we know this? Think about it. Think of a time when you were stressed, panicked or scared. You just didn’t know what to do. You just couldn’t see a way around this problem. But the next moment came and the next and the next and somehow you were on the other side of the problem. And here you are today, that problem but an ancient memory.That problem but a lesson.
A lesson? Yes, a lesson. It could be you can now draw on the experience from that problem. It could be wisdom you now have to pass on. It could be a new opportunity was created for something better. And/or it could be a call for you to draw attention to your Faith.
I must be honest. Starting a blog never entered my mind. It was not something I ever wanted or considered doing. I was directed to start this blog by Archangel Metatron. In fact, he even gave me the name for it. And I really bulked. I didn’t, still don’t, know much about a blog and just could not see how I could do this. But Archangel Metatron was very firm. He told me to get “Blogging for Dummies.” And then he said, “The ship has sailed and you are on it. Get over it and on with your work.”
I share this with you today because, in deed, the ship has sailed. You are on it or you are not. If you read this blog then, I suspect you are on the ship. These are some very hard times. Not just in the United States but around the world. And if we do not stay firm in Faith in our Oneness with our Creator, we are in for a very rough road.
Let go of the worries, Dear Ones, and breath. Your solution is in place. Therein is our HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Breath in everything positive and breath out all you no longer need. When that problem pops up, turn it over for solution and get on with your breathing. Breath in peace, love and harmony.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.
-Do something fun. Laugh. Smile.
What made me smile yesterday….
-I had such great students. I taught Social Studies. It is such a great class to confirm to students their relevancy and opportunity.
-If you are the Substitute Teacher and there is something fun to do, you are the one who stays back with the students who did not earn the opportunity to share in the fun. That is as it should be. Yesterday was Fun Friday and would you believe I was the one who got to go out and bask in the sunshine? Lots of smiles. Lots of joy. Lots of laughs.
-A great photo album sent to me of AJ’s soccer team. Beautiful.
-While they may not think so, talking to my sister, Lori and my friend, Carol, made me smile. I am blessed to have them in my life.
-Steak night at our Sportsmen Club. What a turnout. The club was packed. Lots of fun and as always great food.
-How does bed at 9:30 sound? Oh yeah, that was me.
