For your consideration…
Perhaps for some of us, it is hard right now to be motivated. There seems to be so much division wherever we turn. Division wears on us. It wears on our HOPE and Faith. It is easy to let others put a damper on our enthusiasm.
But here is the thing, our message. It is easy for us to let that happen but we don’t have to. We have power and control. We can override the division. We can stoke our enthusiasm and motivate ourselves. The example we were given today is the movie “Field of Dreams.” We have been hearing about it lately because they are going to have a game there. But our message is not about baseball. It is about overcoming the negativity of others, the naysayers, and believing in your spirit and what your spirit whispers to you.
When doubt, criticism, negativity, etc., is thrown in our path, we can overcome it. We can rise above it by going within and listening to what our spirit tells us. It is always loving and HOPEful.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-We don’t have to participate of let negativity affect or run our lives. We have a choice. We always have a choice.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A busy day but got a lot of stuff done.
-Sunshine in the morning. A magnificent storm in the afternoon and evening. I felt like Dorothy in the Wizard of Ox, dodging all the stuff flying around.
-A quick visit out to Shannon’s to drop off some food.
-Dinner with Vicky and Julie at the Olive Garden.
-A new book.
