For your consideration…
Today’s message brings us a good news reminder; “Only love is real. There is no limit to it. There is no beginning or end to it. The more we give the more we have to give and receive.”
We may think this is not true. We do not experience this in life. If that is the case, it is because we have put limits, judgments, conditions on it. Love is pure…no strings attached.
Each of us can think of a time when love hurt for instance when we miss it. It is not love that hurts. It is the feeling of loss that hurts. We still have the love. The feeling of loss proves that. Today’s message uses that as a good example. Love is the barometer in all things. If we do not feel love, then it is not right or true. If we feel love…loved…then it is.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Affirm…“Only love is real.” It is the only measurement tool we need.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day albeit it caught me by surprise with a couple of rain showers.
-Cooking for today. I love working in the kitchen.
-Catching up with Alex, Kathy, Vicky, and Mary.
-Bruce is stronger.
