Sometimes things just seem crazy and out of control. People are divided so sure they are right. We may feel tense wondering, “What can I do?”
Our message today reminds us never to give up our personal power and control. Own it. There is always something we can do. When in doubt, offer up…send blessings…for
Health, Happiness, and Safety….H.H.S. Extending this blessing to everyone who crosses our path changes the energy. It is a powerful tool each and every one of us can use.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take at least 10 deep breaths….let Mother Earth nurture and heal you.
-Send Blessings…H.H.S.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Catching up with Alex.
-A good dinner menu decided on the spur of the moment.
-Bruce is much better.
-A good book.
-I tried giving Louie a little haircut. I am smiling because I am sure I did not miss my calling.
