For your consideration…

We tend to think or feel that heaven and earth are separate. We are here on earth and loved ones who have passed are part of heaven. Our message today tells us that we are not separate. We are connected and we are the connectors. Remember Jacob’s ladder? God reminded Jacob in a dream and showed him the ladder that we are connected always.

Go within. Go to our spirit where we know only love whenever we feel disconnected. Remember we are never truly disconnected. It is only a feeling. We can let that feeling go and replace it with our Truth.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-We are connecting with our Guidance and heaven whenever we do this.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Bruce is all signed up with the Turner Geriatrics Center.

-I expected we would be gone for an hour or two tops. We were gone for four. I was not sure what I would find when I got home. Our puppy, Louie, is rarely left alone. Judging by our welcome home, he was lonesome but he was well behaved while we were gone.

-It was an Imperfect Foods day. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies.

-Catching up with Alex.

-Friday night is the night I get a couple of hours out. Louie and I went to Riverside park. There were tons of people and dogs in the park for a night of jazz. It was a fun time and we got a good walk in on a beautiful evening.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
