For your consideration…

When we are well, our brain and our body work together…automatically. They are in sync. We don’t have to think about it. Our body says we are hungry, we grab some food, we chew and swallow without thinking. Our brain and body work automatically., It is the same as walking. We want to go somewhere, we take the steps. We are not saying to our brain, “Make my feet move.” It happens automatically.

We are given this example today to show us how our mind and spirit are supposed to work….in sync, automatically, always, without thinking about it. When we are born, we know this. But along the way we gradually turn over much of our control to our ego. Our ego interrupts our automatic. It interrupts our sync between our mind and our spirit. Ego creates doubt.

Today we are reminded that our goal is for our mind and our souls to be in sync, automatically, without any thought necessary. How do we know when our mind and soul are in sync? It feels like love. It feels good for us…even if it is not what we want to hear. It feels right even if it is unexpected.

We are asked to be still. Go within on all things big and small. Ask for Guidance. Listen to it over and over again until once again we are in sync. Our mind and our soul are our barometer in all things.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Listen to our mind and soul.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A good walk. I take my breaths along the way.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Alex.

-Mary makes me laugh. And she reminds me that we are all comfortable with different things. What scares one person is fun to another. What makes one person laugh makes another frown. It’s just life.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
