For  your consideration…

You have to love it. Our Guidance is way ahead of us. Today’s message is in anticipation/expectation that we are following yesterday’s message on “taking care of ourselves first.”

Assuming we are doing that, we are filling ourselves with love, joy, laughter, rest, etc. How do maintain? For sure, people and situations, work maybe, will cause us stress and tension even to the point of anger.

We need to be aware and address these things as they arise, especially anger. We need to find ways to release it…let it go. No judgment. Whatever works for us is perfect. If we need to scream…scream. Consider screaming into a pillow if it makes us feel better. We can try deep breathing. Perhaps using mindfulness works. We can go for a walk. Mother Nature always welcomes us and has something to teach on patience. How about releasing it in meditation/pray, turning it over to our Guidance. Or we can release it through writing, even writing it down and burning it. Maybe releasing it through talking with a friend. Probably, it will be a combination of these things and more.

Whatever works for us is perfect. The important thing is that we release negative energy. It is not good for our health, welfare, and growth. It is unnecessary. it no longer serves us. Release it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaks.

-Release negativity.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill rainy day.

-I did something I have not done in over 3 years. I went to the mall. I used the time Erica sits with Bruce to look for a dress for a wedding.

-I also found an adorable outfit for my soon to arrive grandson. I’d say his name but his parents aren’t sharing.

-Catching up on recorded programs that I never watch.

-Catching up with Alex.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
