Peace requires patience. Patience requires peace. “They go together like a horse and carriage.” And both start with us. Both start in our spirit.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Go within…be still…find peace…share peace…find patience…be patient.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Having Alex home.
-Dianne and Gary came for a visit.
-Alex got my for working out set up.,
-A good book.
