For your consideration…
To grow and fulfill our life purpose we have to know ourselves. We have to get real, be very honest. This is hard for many of us because when we dig deep we see our flaws first. We are asked to stop that. Flaws are a product of our ego’s judgment.
We are a perfect creation of our Creator. He does not make mistakes. Remember, we are created in his image. Is the first thing we see in him, his flaws. Of course, not. We accept him as perfect. We accept that he knows what he is doing.
So to know ourselves more deeply, we must look within our hearts. How does our heart see our Creator, others, ourselves? We are mirrors of what we see. The question is where we are looking from…our ego or our heart? We can always tell because if we are looking from the ego, we feel judgement and not necessarily good. If we are looking from the heart, we do not judge or feel judged. We accept and feel accepted. We love and feel loved.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.” “I am love.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Use the mirror of the heart.
What made me smile yesterday..
-A beautiful day.
-An early morning walk.
-A good book.
-A chill day and night.
