For your consideration…..

I have really struggled with how to write this message today. I am clear on what the message is but not clear on how to write it. So I will delve right in and HOPE you bear with me.

We make decisions all day long. That is a necessary part of life. Some work for us. Some not so much. We are being asked today to take a step back and up if you will. We need to try and get a higher level look. From where are we making those decisions…..all decisions big and small?

It does not matter what your religion is, what name you call God unless you are devoid of any belief system. Because for anyone who knows there is a Higher Power, even if they don’t know what it is, the decision has been made. You have a knowing. You have a Faith. And that is from where all our decisions should be made.

We tend to pull out Faith on Sundays, religious holidays, when we are in trouble or someone is sick. But that is wrong thinking. Faith is something we should access 24/7 in all decisions, big and small.

Our body, mind and spirit are designed to work in harmony as One. That is how we manifest our Highest Authentic Self. That is how we manifest our Life Purpose. That is how have the most impact on our world.

When we make decisions absent of Faith and from any part of the One, we miss great opportunities and the fullness of the blessings we are meant to have.

You have Faith or you don’t. You believe in a Higher Power or you don’t. If the answer is “I do” to either of these statements, wear that power like a superman cape acting and making decisions accordingly. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. Affirm your belief system. Meditate on working from that level.

-Drink lots of water. As it gets colder we tend to drink less water. But we still need it’s cleansing and nourishment.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember the power of you. Stand up and work from that power. You can decide.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-The perfect road trip back to Chicago with my Alex, my joy.

-Wahoo, AJ’s soccer team won against a tough opponent.

-A great learning opportunity in class. Don’t you just love all the new technology? You can be anywhere and still be plugged in if you want or need to.

-And don’t you just love staying connected with friends? Thanks, Jackie.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
