For your consideration…

Our message came in via the Mick Jagger song, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.”

Of course, we all know this is true. Our message wants to remind us of our attitude and intention because they make all of the difference.

Rather than be disappointed that we do not get what we want or planned, we are asked to consider being excited. Yes! Be excited. Consider this is not a tragedy but an opportunity.

We don’t have all of the pieces. We are not capable of seeing the whole picture or what we will be faced down the road. But our Guidance can. Perhaps, we have avoided something that would not serve us well. Often not getting what we want if because there is something much better waiting for us.

So yes! We can be grateful and excited that our Guidance has intervened and we on our path exactly where we need to be.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be excited even when things don’t work out as we planned.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I saw Bruce and he finally got his cast on.

-Perfect timing. We were done and I was able to get my brother, Gordie, to the airport.

-A beautiful day and night.

-AJ’s lacrosse game on a warm night with a beautiful full moon.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
