For your consideration…

“Isn’t it obvious? Uh, no. It isn’t always. And even when we think it is, we may not be right.”

Well, isn’t our message today clear as mud? I guess that is the point. That is the intention. It is the perfect example of the message. Here are key points.

A…We need to pay attention to what is put in front of us.

B…Be fully present. Don’t just assume. Think about why it is being presented to us without judgment.

C…What may seem obvious to us, may not be to other people and we should not think that it is. We should not assume nor should we judge.

D…“Just because your progress isn’t obvious doesn’t mean your effort is not paying off.”   unknown author.

That is a lot for one little message.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” Don’t judge the answer, just go with it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pay attention. Be fully present in the moment.

What made me smile yesterday…

-An absolutely beautiful day.

-As always some tasks are done and off myplate only to be replaced by more.

-Still, I got more done than I ever expected with my brother’s help.

-A new book.

-Earlier this year I decided to invest in a bug eliminator. I love sitting on my back patio but at a certain point mosquitos drive us in. I had forgotten all about it until my brother mentioned the bugs. I went downstairs brought it up and voila. Sitting out back at night is fabulous.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
