For your consideration…

OK, I am just going to admit that I have never heard of an “anchor point.” I have no idea of its true definition. But I do know how our Guidance is using it today.

Today anchor point is a metaphor for obstacles and opportunities in our life that we have lived through and come out on the other side changed…better.

We might be thinking…hmm…not always better, “I have some battle scars.” But we are better. We are stronger for the trial and tribulations we have experienced. Each and every one of them has made us grow. Each one of them has shown us the stuff we are made of. Each one of them became a new anchor point for us to step up on.  .

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Celebrate your anchor points.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Celebrating at Tristan’s graduation party.

-Time with family I don’t see nearly enough.

-Catching up with Alex and Bruce.

-Winding down the evening with Shannon and Cathy.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
