For your consideration…
We love and crave light. It makes us happy. Longer days in the spring lift our spirits.
Today we are made clear. Only love is real. Where there is love there is no darkness. Real love and light live in our souls.
Are there times when love hurts? Sure, tough times in relationships, loss of loved ones, etc. all hurt. But the fact that we hurt validates that there is love and light in our soul.
Darkness only exists in the absence of light. The absence of light only exists when there is the absence of love.
Celebrate the light and love that thrives in our souls. It is the spark that motivates us and keeps us moving toward our life purpose.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-In Gratitude, we find our love and light.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Bruce was finally transferred out of the hospital to rehab.
-My brother, Gordie, and I made the trip up to Croswell and planted flowers at the cemetery.
-We went to Depot Town and ate outside on the patio….ahhh…love the beautiful weather.
-A good book.
-Catching up with both of my girls.
