For your consideration…

Remember the movie ET? Reeses’s pieces were used to lure ET out of hiding so that eventually he could find his way home. Our message today uses this as an example.

From birth to death and beyond we are all on a journey home. It is easy to get lost. It is easy to forget this but it is true. We are all on the quest to finding home.

Our message today tells us that we are never really lost. We may feel that we are but we are not. Our Guidance is ever-present working to help us navigate our journey and keep us heading in the right direction. If we stray from our path, they get us back on it. Each day in this blog we are reminded that we can always ask for our “next step for our highest good and the highest good of all.” This is a good practical way to stay on track and make our lives flow more smoothly.

However, the reality is that steps, like the Reese’s Pieces in ET. are laid out before. We simply have to be cognizant of the things, thoughts, and ideas that are presented to us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.” Be cognizant of that.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” Be cognizant…stay present…to the answers we receive.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Stay present and cognizant watching, listening, and feeling the pieces laid marking our path.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful warm sunny day.

-My brother came to visit me.

-His son Andy stopped by last night.

-Bruce seems to be back on track once again.

-Catching up with both of my girls and friends.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
