For your consideration…

Today’s message came in as short, simple, and light-hearted. Speaking of that, have I mentioned paying attention to the tone of the messages we receive?

Clearly, today is supposed to be fun. The message is this, “Grin and bear it. No, you are not expected to be doormats. But sometimes, things…people…are not worth the effort.” We are not expected to fight every battle, correct every wrong. Some things are not ours to own and that is part of our lesson. We have enough on our plate. We do not need to add unnecessary things, events, conflicts, etc. to it. Sometimes we just need to grin and bear it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Grin and bear it when necessary.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Friends checking in on me offering me support.

-Both my girls.

-I was able to get some errands run.

-Louie.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
