For your consideration…

Most of us have probably grown up with the phrase, “Absence makes the heart grow fonder.” And probably, most of us have experienced it.

But…there is always a but because there is always a balance…sometimes absence or distance is exactly what we need. It is a relief. Sometimes we need to take a step back. We need to examine exactly what is going on and what our feelings are.

Our message is not just talking about people and relationships today. It is talking about all aspects of life. Sometimes we work and work at something but seem to be going nowhere. We are spinning our wheels with little to no progress. Yet we want to get it off of our plate. We want to get it done. It is hard to accept the obstacles. It is hard to accept they are put there for a reason. But until we do, until we take a step back. create space/absence, we will remain stuck.

Our message today is clear. We all have to learn to accept Divine Timing. Sometimes we have to force ourselves to take a time out.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Believe in and accept Divine Timing. Create absence when necessary.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Vicki and Julie brought me lunch and gave me some time to run errands.

-I love the picture of Louie they got me.

-Good laughs from Shannon.

-Catching up with Alex. We are so excited about the baby.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
