Today the message is simple. Life itself is a school. Every moment is a learning moment both while we are awake and while we sleep. And in every moment we are both the teacher and the student.
So the questions become, what kind of teacher do we want to be? What kind of student do we want to be?
I am sure that each one of us can give examples of the best teachers we ever had and the worse. And I am sure we can all can describe a great student and a not so great one.
We are each born perfect for our individual Life Purpose. We each have much to learn AND much to teach. Today we are just being asked to remember in each moment our roles and consider being the best teacher and student we know how to be. That is the HOPE.

Here at the center of the wheel I look to you, Great Spirit, to help me better understand my place in this life. To learn to see how I fit into the fabric of creation, and to honor your gifts by sharing them with others.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Affirm your perfection and meditate on it.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. (Wow, a savior for me yesterday.)
-Drink lots of water. As you drink water imagine its cleansing, life-sustaining properties.
-Be joyous. If it is gloomy out, be the sunshine.
-Journal all you are grateful for.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Well guess what? That old discussion we keep having was finally solved. “I think the roof is leaking.” “No, that was there before.” Well we finally have our answer to that question.
-Everyone seems to have problems. I am lucky they feel comfortable enough to call me. Hmmm, teaching moment?
-My Alex is coming home. Wahoo!
