For your consideration…

What a timely message!. I don’t know about you but I don’t think I have ever given much thought to the distinction between living and thriving.

If I look at my life, the lives of people I know, and the people I observe, I can honestly say it is not obvious who is just living and who is thriving.

What does it take to thrive?

True thriving is NOT meeting goals. It is NOT completing plans. It is NOT about food and shelter. It is NOT about how much money you do or don’t have. It is NOT about who you know or how many friends you have etc. These things help us survive.

While these things and more may be indicators and play a role in thriving, they alone can not make us thrive. So how do we thrive with these gifts we are given? How do we take them to the next level?

We let go and live our Divine Plan in Divine Timing. We open up our body, mind, and spirit and let our authentic self give and receive the blessings and gifts that are put in front of us. We have to relinquish control.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…“There is a Divine Plan in play for me.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Louie is doing better.

-BC/BS gave me great information.

-I was able to get lots of resource information for taking care of Bruce.

-Catching up with Shannon.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
