For your consideration…

The message I was given was “assurance.” At first, I thought, really, that is what we get for an Easter Sunday? But of course, as I sat with it and got the whole message, I realized it is absolutely perfect.

We had a message recently about how we can not learn other people’s lessons for them. We can share our experiences. We can try to do the work for them. But ultimately, they have to make their own choices and do their own work. Otherwise, the lesson, perhaps in a different form or scenario, will reoccur until they master it.

Our message today tells us that there is something that we can do. We can stand by them. We can assure them that we will always be there for them. Whether they succeed or fall, we will be there with them. We will always support them. We will always be their safe place to land. We will always be their listening ear. We will always love them and hold a place in our hearts for them.

Today on Easter Sunday, we are reminded that we can do all of that because He has risen and does that for each of us. He gives us unconditional love and assurance that we are not alone. We have help 24/7. Of that, we can be sure. It is our Faith.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

Assure be assured.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Oh my, Louie is a lot of work. It is a good thing puppies are so cute. He is absolutely joyous about everything.

-A beautiful day.

-I baked and finished preparing the rest of my Easter dinner.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev.Chris
