For your consideration…

“Ease into your day” is our exact message. I HOPE I can do a good job of what this means.

Most of us most days have a plan, intentions, HOPEs, etc., for our day. We may not have it planned out minute by minute…or we may. But we have an outline so to speak. This is good. Our message speaks to how we “attack” that outline.

Everything has a vibration, us and everything that surrounds us, everything we interact with without exception. Notice that I used the word “attack.” That is what many…me…often do. We attack our plan. We set out to get it accomplished. Sometimes that works perfectly. Sometimes not so much.

Today’s message asks us to consider not attacking our day, our plan. Instead, we are asked to consider, sitting with it a bit, feeling it out, and “merging” with it. Today our message is specific to merging, easing into our day but this is true about anything. Angst, problems, etc., are energy vibrations at odds, out of sync.

We, as energy beings, can pause, recalibrate, raise our energy vibration, so that our day has a smooth flow to it. A day that we are relaxed and joyful in. A day that we feel accomplished.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Think about and ask, “What is going right? What feels right?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Definitely, Louis, our new puppy. He is a lot of work for sure but it is joyful work. He has come far in one day from fearful of hardwood floors to running down them.

-Catching up with both my girls, Mary, Lori, and Bob.

-Dianne and Gary brought dinner over and visited. So good.

-I got all of my salads made for Easter Sunday except the lettuce one. We are following my Grandmother’s tradition of everything cold or room temperature with no work on Easter Sunday. I will make deserts today. It will be easy tomorrow with just filling the deviled eggs and making the lettuce salad.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
