For your consideration…

When we think of buried treasure what are the thoughts and emotions that go with it; luck, excitement, curiosity? If we found buried treasure, would we ever turn it away?

Today we are asked to hold those thoughts. Many of us over the years…knowingly or unknowingly…have buried experiences and emotions. Our Guidance tells us that while we may not think we want to unbury them, we need to. They are treasures because they are important to us. They are part of who and what we are. They are pieces that we need to pull out.

We may think, “No, I don’t want to. They are not treasures.” But they are very valuable treasures. We may be afraid to examine them. But we need not be. We are never alone. Our Guidance is with us 24/7. The key to examining them is to let go of fear and judgment and examine them with excitement and curiosity just like we would do with any other treasure.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Search for buried emotional treasures. Bring them to the surface and examine and treasure them. Let them heal in the light of day.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Jackie, Mary and Alex.

-Doctor appointments made for Bruce.

-Two months of mail and packages sorted and taken care of.

-A lazy day.

-A good book.

-Bruce fell again but only skinned his knee. I was very angry that he did not call me to help him. Why is that a smile? Because after that he called me every time he got up.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
