For your consideration…

I think that everyone of us love the sense or feel of accomplishment. We don’t give ourselves enough credit because we accomplish much each day. Remember, without judgement, all things big and small are equal.

Our message today reminds us that it is the ego that judges. It is the ego that tells us we are not worthy or that we cannot do something. It is the ego that shuts down our sense of accomplishment and prevents us from attempting new things.

Today we are asked to remember how we feel when we accomplish something. Remembering that, write down this mantra, I can, I will.” Then go after what you want. When we start having doubts, we can refer to our mantra and remember how it feels to accomplish something. We can inspire ourselves. And while we are at it, we can ask our Guidance for help.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember, I can, I will.

What made me smile yesterday…

-What do you do on a rainy, cloudy, day? Grocery shop, shop for fun stuff, and get a pedicure with my friend, Kathy.

-Catching up with Mary and Alex.

-A good book.

-Pictures James’ mom, Barb, sent of him as a baby and little boy. Needless to say we are sooo excited and are expecting our Grandson to be very handsome indeed.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
