For your consideration…

We know that the past is past. What is done is done. We need to focus on making this moment the best it can be. Regrets steal from it.

But our Guidance acknowledges that sometimes this is hard…necessary but hard. So today our Guidance gives us a task…an opportunity. Think about what we would say or do if we were given one more time…one more chance. What would we say? What would we do?

If it is something that we can do to right things with someone still alive, then do it. Do not give what their response will be. Do what your heart wants you to do.

If it is something that needs to be done with someone who has passed, Write it out. Say or do it as though they were right next to you because more than likely they are if you are calling them forward. Pour your heart out. When you feel complete, write on the paper...”And so it is. It is done.” Burn the paper letting the smoke go with them into the Universe and Heaven.

Now let it go.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Fix those regrets.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Water aerobics.

-A walking tour of St. Andrews with Cathy and Bruce.

-A beautiful bright sunny day.

-A PJ Zoom Party with Dianne, Jody, Jul, Vicki, and Cathy.

-Catching up with Alex.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
