For your consideration…

I love this Kipling poem but it has been a long time since I have read it. I couldn’t resist including it today even though our message is a bit different.

Our message today is about the power of words. It gives us the example of “IF” and “IF Only.” Often when we use the word if, we are using it with HOPE, excitement, expectation. This is opposed to using “If Only.”  When we add the only, we add the expectation of limitation that If  alone does not have.

Of course, this is not always the case but it is the example we are given. Today’s message reminds us that words…choices of words…have meaning. The words we choose hold the intention. If we intend something to come to fruition or If Only, meaning we expect pitfalls. These are completely different.

Intention brings manifestation. We know this. We are reminded to use crystal clear words to create crystal clear intention for manifestation.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Listen to the response and make a crystal clear affirmation for it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths even if it is walking to and from car or front porch. They don’t have to be all at one time.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I am so excited about getting a new puppy. I was so excited to find one and put a deposit on her. But I am starting to think this Facebook owner is a scam. Why am I smiling? As much as I want her, to believe she is real, I am not caving to shadiness.

-Finished a book series. It was a feel good romance.

-Started…in the niche of time…Educated by Tara Westover. My teachers group is having a book review Feb. 4th.

-A beautiful day to sit by the pool.

-A good walk to see the sunset.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
