For your consideration…

If we imagine a good day, our best day…how do we imagine it? Do we envision one full of negativity and distress? Is that what we imagine and HOPE for? HOPEfully we imagine one full of love and laughter.

So if that is what we HOPE for, why would we carry anger, guilt, regret, fear etc. into it? How can any of those things create a beautiful day?

We know this…let it go. When we feel negativity, let it go and turn it around. Thank the experience and be grateful that it is gone. Create a loving experience in its place. If we have trouble doing that, pull that picture that always makes you smile out. Remember that experience that never fails to make you laugh.

We have the power to create the moment we want to be in. It is a choice. We always have a choice.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let the crap go as soon as it hits. Replace it with HOPE and love.

What made me smile yesterday…

-An absolutely beautiful, warm and sunny day. Perfect for chatting and reading by the pool.

-Catching up with Shannon and my sister.

-Glad my brother has such support from Andrea and Lori.

-A couple of good books. One audio in the car and one on Kindle.

-Cathy arrived safe and sound for her visit.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
