For your consideration…

We are aware of our senses; see, hear, smell, touch, and taste. We may not all be aware of our “clair” senses, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, clair-empathy, claircognizance. These are the super senses we all have but most of us have not honed them. Consequently, we don’t recognize them or trust them. They are those senses animals never ignore. They are the senses of our inner knowing and intuition…our gut feelings.

Today we are reminded that all of these senses are part of our life tool box. Use them to the fullest of our ability.

For example, if we are listening to someone, listen with our whole self. Listen to what is being said and what is not. Notice what our senses are telling us. When we have that feeling something is amiss, stop be on alert.

When we use all of our senses, our life becomes fuller, clearer, more alive, has more meaning. Practice, practice, practice. Look and listen to the waitress, our children, instructors, our partners, etc. Give them our full attention with all of our senses engaged.

Using all of our senses is a gift to ourselves and others. Having said that, we are reminded that while we are putting our whole selves out there, we need to use caution on what we receive back into our authentic self. This is where we need to be careful. If what our 5 senses sense is not true, that is where we need to stop it. We should NEVER let anything that is not true back into our soul.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Develop and use all of our senses.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Walking in the sunshine.

-Shopping with Shannon.

-Catching up with Alex, Cathy, and Mary.

-Sitting outside and reading my book.

-Dinner with Shannon watching the sunset.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
